Traci Ann Elliott, 58, of Okemah, Oklahoma, passed away on February 28, 2026. She was born in Sacramento, California, on June 22, 1967, to Gerald Keith Wands and Irene Mae (Cook) Wands. She was the oldest of four children.
Traci was a homemaker and left behind four children, 10 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
