Robert (Bob) A. Lebund, 77, of Shawnee, Oklahoma, passed away at home surrounded by loved ones on November 3, 2025. He was born on April 16, 1948, to Howard Lebund and Fern (Bartz) Lebund in Chicago, Illinois.
Bob served in the United States Army in the Vietnam War and graduated from Upsala College in East Orange, New Jersey, with a Bachelor of Arts degree. Later, he began a successful career in motorcycle parts sales with Tucker Rocky, where he remained for over 30 years.
Bob married the love of his life, Jean Lebund, on June 21, 1986, and took on the role of father to Jean’s three children, Jim, Meri Jo, and Jon.
After retiring in 2015, Bob spent his time as a HAM radio operator and enthusiast. He also made a point to spend time with his family, always doting on his grandchildren.
Bob was preceded in death by his wife, Jean; parents, Howard and Fern; son, Jim Rice; and brother, Barry.
Bob is survived by his daughter, Meri Jo Grider and son-in-law, Greg Grider; son, Jon Rice and daughter-in-law, Samantha Rice; grandchildren: Sami Jo Grider, Steve Rice and wife Kirsten, Tyler Rice, and Braden Rice; and great granddaughters, Kerrigan and Holland Rice.
“Agent” Lebund was an utterly unique and talented individual, a caring and devoted husband, and the world’s #1 Poppy. He will be dearly missed.
