Pastor Billy Dennis Wright

Pastor Billy Dennis Wright, 56 of Harrah, Oklahoma passed away on March 19, 2026, after a devastating battle with ALS.

Billy was born on December 19, 1969, to Billy Ray and Linda Kay Wright, in the city of Buford, South Carolina. After graduating from Harrah High School in 1988, he went on to study Heat/Air and Refrigeration. Later in life he went to Seminary School where he became the Associate Pastor at Harrah Church of the Nazarene.

His hobbies included hunting, fishing, family trips to Sulphur and hanging with his grandbabies.

In 1990 he met his loving wife, Lena. They wed on August 6, 1990, after that they went on to have 3 wonderful children Brittaney, Billy and Dalton.

Billy was preceded in death by his father, Billy Ray Wright, grandparents White and grandparents Wright and host of aunts, uncles, and cousins. He is survived by his wife of 35 and a half years, Lena Wright, of Harrah, OK, daughter, Brittaney Wright and fiancé Aaron West and their 5 children, Keira, Payton, Gage, RayDen and Kyatt, also 1 grandbaby Emelia of Choctaw, OK, son Billy and wife Emily Wright and their 3 children, Hunter, Holden and Harlow of Luther, OK, son Dalton Wright and his 3 children Bayton, Aurora and Addie of Purcell, OK, mother, Linda Carney of Midwest City, OK, sister, Beverly and her husband Brad White of Moore, OK, mother-in-law and father-in-law, Teresa and Wayne Raines of Harrah, OK, granddaughter Jordyn Harmon-Bhavnani of Edmond, OK, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Pastor Billy loved all, influenced many and will never be forgotten.
