Kevin Douglas Atwater

Kevin Douglas Atwater, of Bethel Acres, Oklahoma, passed away on June 6, 2024, at the age of 64. He was born in Pauls Valley, Oklahoma, on September 11, 1959, to Ray and Ann (Arthurs) Atwater.

Kevin graduated from high school in 1977 and served in the United States Army as a Ranger during the 1980s. He worked in the auto industry in service management for 40 years. After retiring in 2024, he enjoyed playing music with his guitar and riding his Harley.

Kevin was preceded in death by his father, Raymond Atwater.

Kevin is survived by his mother, Anna Mae Atwater; brother, Gary Atwater; sister, Donna Kilpatrick; sons—Brian, Jesse, and Brody; daughters, Anna and Betsie; three granddaughters; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of friends.

A memorial service will be held on Friday, June 21, 2024, 1:00 p.m., at Fort Sill National Cemetery, 2648 NE Jake Dunn Road, Elgin, Oklahoma 73538.
