Kennith Allen Hill

Kennith Allen Hill, age 86, passed away September 2, 2025, at his home in Luther. He was born on December 4, 1938, in Pryor, Oklahoma, to Clyde and Luda (Colquitt) Hill.

Kennith graduated from Taft Union High School in 1957 and continued his education at the University of Central Oklahoma where he graduated in 1976. He served in the United States Army in the early 1960s and was stationed at Clark Air Base in the Philippines. He worked at Tinker Air Force Base and later worked as a heat treatment specialist for Rotex in Oklahoma City. In his later years, he worked as a cook in Norman for Phil Smalley’s Children’s Center, where he retired.

Kennith was married to Joyce Kriz, and the union brought three children. He was a member of the Luther Church of Christ and a volunteer at the Luther Community Service Center. He loved his family very much and will be truly missed.

Kennith was preceded in death by his wife, Joyce; his parents; and his brothers, Wayne Hill and Carl Hill.

Kennith is survived by his children: Christopher Hill and wife, Joanna; Russell Hill; and Vanessa Sherk and husband, Kyle; grandchildren: Megan Elsey and husband, Timm; Rachel Hill; and Luke Hill; one brother, Roger Hill and wife, Sue; and a host of friends.

A graveside service will be held on Monday, September 8, 2025, 11:00 a.m., at Luther Cemetery, 19800 N. Peebly Rd., Luther, Oklahoma 73054
