Jane Etta Armstrong

Jane Etta (Williams) Armstrong was born on April 13, 1933, in Wolf, Oklahoma, to David Murry Williams and Maggie May (Gillham) Williams.

She attended Wolf School as a child and graduated in 1952. She later moved to Oklahoma City to live with her Uncle Manuel and Aunt Susie Gillham and to work at Southwestern Bell Telephone Company. She remained employed with Southwestern until her retirement.

Jane was a devoted mother, sister, daughter and grandmother. She was loved by all who met or knew her.

She was married to O.Z. Bizzell, the father of her children, Tanya Jane Bizzell and John Marcus Bizzell. Then she married Jim Davidson in 1973, and he brought his child, Glen, into the marriage. Jane raised Glen as her own.

In 1988, Jane married Billy Andrew Armstrong, and he had two children, Carl Armstrong and Joe Armstrong. She was married to Billy for 35 years. He preceded her in death on April 13, 2026, her birthday.
