Jacob Allen Price

Jacob Allen Price of Meeker, Oklahoma, tragically passed away on November 20, 2024, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, at the age of 32. 

Jacob was born on December 18, 1991, in Shawnee, Oklahoma. He was the son of Dearyal “Gene” and Joan (Ford) Price, James and Charity Shuler, and James and Lynelle Hodges. He grew up in Meeker and attended White Rock Public Schools. Following his education, he worked for his father, James Shuler, as an electrician assistant for a few years. Then he began his career as a plumber working for the pipefitters’ union. His last job was with the UA Local 344 Plumbers & Pipefitters Union in Midwest City, Oklahoma.

Jacob enjoyed playing basketball, roller blading, skateboarding, riding 4-wheelers, playing the guitar, and singing. He also reveled in weightlifting and was striving to become a professional body builder.

Jacob was preceded in death by his brother, Aaron James Mullin.

Jacob is survived by his parents, Gene and Joan Price of McLoud, OK, James and Charity Shuler of Newalla, OK, and James and Lynelle Hodges of Macomb, OK; brothers, Cody Price and JD Shuler; sister, Cameron Shuler; uncles, Allen Cooper and Mark Cooper; aunt, Terri Cooper; niece, Kinzly Price, nephew, River Jordan; numerous other relatives, and a host of friends.

A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, December 3, 2024, 1:00 p.m., at AE Funeral Services Chapel, 603 W. Independence St., Shawnee, Oklahoma 74804.

Family and friends are invited to visit and have finger food at 11:00 a.m. in the Event Room at AE Funeral Services.
