Dalton Cole French

Dalton Cole French, 27, of Macomb, Oklahoma, passed away on April 9, 2025. He lived his life surrounded by the people he loved most—his family and friends—especially his precious baby girl, Avery Lynn French. He was born in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, on June 20, 1997, to Mark French and Kristie (Boone) French.

Dalton was passionate about all things hunting, loved attending auctions, and was always the first to lend a helping hand. He never met a stranger—his warm personality and big heart left a lasting impression on everyone he met. Dalton was truly one of a kind. He was wild and entertaining, yet calm and gentle all at once. His presence and smile could light up any room.

A proud graduate of Macomb High School, Dalton also attended some college before going on to work in Oklahoma City. He was a hard working and caring man, deeply rooted in his community and family.

Dalton is survived by his loving wife, Madison French (25), and their daughter, Avery Lynn French. He also leaves behind his parents, Mark and Kristie French of Macomb; sister, Megan Conley and husband, William, and their children, Wrenley and Lane; three soul brothers: William Conley, Kolby Little, and Josh Browning; grandparents: Alfred and Dalinda French, Opal French, Bill and Ruth Boone, and Debbie Frair; great-great grandmother, Lillie Little of Macomb; father and mother-in-law, Mark and Virginia Whitman of Macomb; several aunts, uncles, cousins and a host of friends. Dalton was a proud uncle to: Lane and Wrenley Conley of Macomb, Creeden, Maylee, and Maycee Williams of Maud, Oklahoma, and Layla Little of Moore, Oklahoma.

Dalton’s life was full of love, laughter and unforgettable memories. He will be deeply missed and forever remembered by all who knew him.

A memorial service will be held on Friday, April 25, 2025, 2:11 p.m., at Sharon Baptist Church, 19002 S. Gordon Cooper Dr., Shawnee, Oklahoma 74801.
