Connie Dean Pipkin

Connie Dean Pipkin, age 68, of McLoud, Oklahoma, passed away on November 8, 2025, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. She was born in Antlers, Oklahoma, on October 13, 1957, to Robert Lee Beasley and Ruby Viola (West) Beasley.

Connie moved several times as a child, and at age 11, she and her younger sister, Tammy, lived with their oldest brother, Carl Beasley and his family, until Connie married. She lived in Oklahoma City and Dibble before making her home in McLoud for the past eight years. Connie worked as a groundskeeper at the University of Central Oklahoma alongside her husband, Dennis, for many years, and she also delivered flowers and medication to the elderly. She loved gardening and caring for her plants, cleaning her house; but most of all, she loved family get togethers, talking and sharing cherished Bible verses with each other and the time she got to spend loving on her grandbabies.

Connie was preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Ruby Beasley; daughter, Charla Robbins; sister, Shirley Jean (Beasley) Holt; brothers: Bobby Lee Beasley, Carl Boyd Beasley, Woody O’Neil Beasley, Allen Loyd Beasley, Gary Don Beasley, Ricky Randell Beasley, Kenny Dell Beasley and Robert Lee Beasley.

Loving survivors are Connie’s husband, Dennis Loper, of McLoud; three daughters: Carlie Gomez, Tammie Townsend and Valerie Carter; four grandchildren: Jesse Hassfeld, Ruby Skorkowsky, Angel Rushing and Lucas McHone; sisters: Linda Kay (Beasley) Poindexter and husband Charles, Birtha Rosene (Beasley) Watson, Birda Irene (Beasley) Smith, Tammy Sue (Beasley) Wilkinson and Debbie Beasley; brothers, David Lee Beasley, Carlas Beasley and Odis Dan Irvin; numerous other relatives and a host of friends.

A funeral service will be held on Friday, November 14, 2025, 2:00 p.m., at AE Funeral Services Chapel, 603 W. Independence St., Shawnee, Oklahoma 74804. Reverend Keith Ward of Taproot Church will officiate. Interment will follow at Dale Cemetery, Dale, Oklahoma 74804.
