Connie Sue Bradley, 51, of Seminole, Oklahoma, unexpectedly passed away on September 24, 2024. She was born June 26, 1973, to Geneva and Luther Bradley in Newport, Arkansas.
Connie obtained her GED before continuing her education and becoming an LPN. Before becoming a nurse, she worked along the side of her grandmother at Golden Rule Nursing Home taking care of the elderly. At the age of 29, she officially became a nurse. For more than 30 years Connie dedicated herself to caring for others.
At the age of 21, Connie began her unconventional journey as a mother where she raised numerous children over the years. As a chosen mother, she raised her daughter, Hannah, from the toddler years to adulthood. After raising her daughter, Connie continued to care for children through foster care.
When Connie wasn’t caring for others, she loved to travel. Her favorite destination to visit was The Bahamas. She also loved spending her free time with her grandkids and other family members.
Connie was predeceased by her grandmother, Opal; grandfather, Roy Bradley; father, Luther; and her nephew, Harley.
Connie is survived by her daughter, Hannah (Trennis) Leister; grandchildren, Maisley, Harlow, and Maverick; mother, Geneva; brother, Dewayne; sisters, Leann, Paula, and Janet; as well as nieces and nephews: JJ, Eva, Dustin, Tessia, Samantha, Sarah, Lacey, LeStat, Zach, JD, Emily, Kyla, and Alivia.
