Cathy Lynn Patterson

Cathy Lynn (West) Patterson was born to Joe William West and Gwendolyn Faye (Sandlin) West on November 16, 1951, in Seminole, Oklahoma. Cathy passed away on June 22, 2026, in Seminole, Oklahoma.

Cathy was proceeded in death by her father Joe William West, her mother Gwendolyn Faye West, and her sister Debbie (West) King.

Cathy leaves behind her beloved husband Thomas Patterson. two daughters Amy Gee (Royce) and Amanda Lewis (Stephen), three stepdaughters Jayme Dye (Bobby), Valerie Buncik (Tim) and Lena Folks. Cathy leaves behind four grandkids, Amy Messinger, Ashleigh Cornell, Shawnna Oetting (Kris), and Joe Lewis (Brylee). Cathy leaves behind seven great grandkids Addalee Rushing, Charlotte Messinger, Ezekiel Lewis, Emma Brister, Saige Lewis, Layla Lewis, and Iris Lewis, as well as many, many other grandkids and great grandkids she had adopted along the walk of her life.

Cathy hobbies were collecting anything to do with Coca-Cola, getting her nails done, she absolutely loved spending time with her family. Cathy was the family’s biggest cheerleader and the glue that held the family together. Cathy adored her kids, grandkids, and great grandkids.
