Billie Kay Seward

Billie Kay Seward, 70, of Stroud, Oklahoma, passed away on Friday, September 12, 2025.

She was born on September 7, 1955, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, to Bill and Vera Smith. Billie graduated from Stroud High School in 1973 and was an enrolled member of the Miami Tribe of Oklahoma.

Billie was preceded in death by her parents, Bill and Vera Smith, and her brother, Johnny Smith.

She is survived by her children: Kim Carnahan of Columbia, Missouri; Thursday Harding and her husband, Ryan, of Aurora, Colorado; and RaNisha Willingham and her husband, Brandon, of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

Her greatest joy was her family, and she cherished her grandchildren: McKenna Barker, Ethan Carnahan, Seth Carnahan, Cole Harding, Makenzee Harding, Gavin Harding, Jayd’n Willingham, and Gabriel Willingham.

Billie is also survived by her siblings: Phyllis Bigbey and her husband, Tommy; Jimmy smith and his wife, Tammy; Penny Seward and her husband, Richard; and Randy Smith and his wife, Kellie. She leaves behind a host of extended family members and friends who will forever carry her memory in their hearts.

Billie was a resilient and faithful woman who loved Jesus deeply. Her life was a testament to her strength, kindness, and devotion to those she loved. She will be remembered always and missed beyond measure.

Celebration of Life:  Sac and Fox Nation Community Building, Saturday, October 18, 2025, 2:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.  All are welcome to join in remembrance and celebration of Billie’s life.
