Bill Bradley Crumb, 68, of Meeker, Oklahoma, passed away on June 30, 2026, after a courageous battle with a terminal illness.
Bill was born on March 2, 1958, in Wynnewood, Oklahoma, to Alfred and Connie Crumb. He graduated from Davis High School in 1977 and went on to build a successful career in the construction industry, specializing in GPS modeling.
Passionate about his work, Bill founded his own company, Machine Control Technology (MCT), where he trained students in the art and technology of Global Positioning System (GPS) modeling. He took great pride in sharing his knowledge and helping others develop their skills.
In 2008, Bill met the love of his life, Sherri. They were married in 2009 and built a life centered on faith, family, and love. Together they shared a blended family of eight children and were blessed with eighteen grandchildren, all of whom brought Bill immense pride and joy.
Above all else, Bill was a devoted follower of Jesus Christ. As an active member of Rockin' Cross Ranch Ministries, he never missed an opportunity to share his testimony and tell others about the hope he had found in Christ. Even after receiving a terminal diagnosis, Bill viewed his illness not as an end, but as another mission field. He faithfully witnessed to everyone he encountered by handing out flashlights engraved with the Scripture, "I am the light of the world. Whoever follows Me will never walk in darkness, but will have the light of life." — John 8:12. He believed God had called him to "be the light," and he lived those words every day. Whether at doctor's appointments, during multiple hospital stays, or simply meeting someone for the first time, Bill made sure they left with both a flashlight and the love of Christ. Countless lives were touched and changed because of his unwavering faith and willingness to share the Gospel.
Bill also expressed his faith through his gift of woodworking. He handcrafted countless wooden crosses and quietly left them at job sites and in places where others would discover them—a simple but powerful reminder of God's love and presence.
After retiring in 2025, Bill treasured spending time with his family and embracing the things he loved most. Some of his greatest joys were watching the sunsets from his land with the love of his life, Sherri, spending time with his horses and faithful dogs, fishing, hunting, and making memories with his children and grandchildren. His happiest moments were often the simplest ones, surrounded by God's creation and the people he loved most.
Bill is survived by his beloved wife, Sherri Crumb; his children, Stefanie Naillon and husband Mark, Michele Ahern and husband Matt, Garrett Lewis and wife Jennifer, Tausha Anderson and husband Eric, Cody Lewis and wife Sammi, Marisa Shouse and husband Derrick, Amaris Santos and husband Eddie, and Mariah Tosh and husband Skyler.
He is also survived by his cherished grandchildren: Justin Zieska, Nick Naillon, Abriana Crumb, Maddox Ahern, Jameson Ahern, Kaydee Lewis, Caleigh Lewis, Jaylie Anderson, Tustyn Anderson, Rykin Anderson, Drayden Lewis, Brynlee Lewis, Ava Lewis, Mikaylie Shouse, Bexlee Santos, Slaetynn Santos, Kopelan Stansell, and Winslow Tosh.
Bill was preceded in death by his parents, Alfred and Connie Crumb; his paternal grandparents, Albert Lee Crumb and Cora (Bradley) Crumb, for whom he was proudly named; and his maternal grandmother, Mary Ellen Davenport.
Bill's legacy is one of steadfast faith, servant leadership, and unconditional love. He was a man who pointed people to Jesus not only through his words but through the way he lived each day. His generosity, wisdom, craftsmanship, and unwavering trust in God left a lasting impact on everyone who knew him. Though he will be deeply missed, his family rejoices in the assurance that he is now healed and home with his Savior.
"Well done, good and faithful servant." — Matthew 25:23
