Angela Lynn McClure

Angela Lynn (Prock) McClure, of Shawnee, Oklahoma, passed away on June 28, 2024, after a long battle with cancer. She was born in Talihina, Oklahoma, on January 28, 1977, to Lester and Linda (Gollihare) Prock.

After graduation from Ada High School in 1996, Angela worked several jobs until she found her job at Bison Metals in Shawnee, Oklahoma, kicking off a long-time career.

Angela loved spending time with her great nieces and nephews. She loved to shop for clothes and purses and to go to garage sales and the Goodwill. She also enjoyed spending time with her fur babies (cats), and especially, spending time with her family.

Angela was preceded in death by her father, Lester Prock; grandfather, Calvin Prock; husband, Andrew McClure; and sister, Amy Prock.

Angela is survived by her mother, Linda Prock of Shawnee; sister, Heather Perkins of Midwest City; nieces, Jasmine Cody and Destiny McLeod; many great nieces and nephews; and a host of friends.

Visitation will be Sunday, July 7, 2024, from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm, at AE Funeral Services Chapel, 603 W. Independence St., Shawnee, Oklahoma 74804.

A funeral service will be held on Monday, July 8, 2024, 10:00 am, at AE Funeral Services Chapel. Interment will follow at Tecumseh Cemetery, 18800 S. Gordon Cooper Dr., Shawnee, Oklahoma 74801.
